How much does it cost my agency?

Nothing. Listing on the community server is free: no listing fees, no per-branch fees, no commission on sales. The network is funded by the community charge buyers pay to search.

Who can join the community server?

Estate agents only. Property owners can’t list themselves. Every listing on the server is represented by a professional agency, which keeps the data buyers search accurate and accountable.

How do buyers actually search?

From an MCP-compatible AI assistant such as Claude. A buyer connects to the community server, describes what they’re after in plain language (area, budget, bedrooms, anything) and their assistant searches every member agency’s live listings at once.

Do I keep control of my listings?

Completely. You choose which listings are on or off at any time, and you set the contact preferences buyers use to reach you.

What happens when a buyer is interested?

They contact your agency through your preferred channel. You represent the property; the enquiry, the relationship and the sale stay yours.
